Laughter is the best medicine.

Well it's been awhile since I posted here, and today from my 50+Plus e-newsletter had exactly the sort of stuff I like. This is a whole new concept called Laughter Yoga, hey if it works on stress, why not stretch it a little further into happiness. Check it out, as you will find it interesting how John Cleese of Monty Python's (one of my oldest favorites of silliness) and Bill Cosby's thought reflect this.
