What is Happiness? I found this interesting site which is blunt and quite helpful in looking at happiness psychologically. It is authored by Dr. Ellen Kenner, host of "the RATIONAL Basis of Happiness" radio show, which in itself explain alot of the content. As usual, I test these sites on how much I can see myself in so many of the scenerios given, and this one did anwser some of my questions as to the justification of happiness. I often feel empowered to see in writing what often my mind thinks. I hope you get some useful information out of this one.
Wellness Online : Home of the Wellness Letter I love this newsletter, it's short and it's sweet. Not only that but it is a highly academic well researched material, news you can trust.
