At hand Ailment Cure Education
Well, as you know there has been a lapse since logging here. I am a sufferer of pancreatitis, and about two weeks ago it hit, and it hit hard. But the cause is what the question is/was. So they now think it's gallstones.....don't worry, I'll stop whining in a minute..... so once back at home and on the computer, I started to do some research, and thought I would share some of the websites with you.
Of course once again, I referred to WebMD, which provided me with the medical explanation to my particular aliment.
I continued on to find this webpage, which I found interesting as it directed me to self-help information to helping cure with all the subjects I've been talking about; such as postive lifestyles, nutrition, exercise, it even has a laughing cure.

There is never enough time to do all those good things we deserve to give ourselves until something happens that makes you slow down, as I was. In fact this month's Oprah Magazine (which I read in the hospital) has a great theme/mission about restoring yourself...so remember to make yourself no.1. and enjoy today, and every day.
